The course at Olgiata Golf Club spans two distinct routes, West and East, totaling 27 holes, and was inaugurated in 1961 based on a design by English architect C. Kenneth Cotton. Over time, it has become one of the absolute benchmarks of Italian golf, able to evolve without losing its identity.
The West Course has long been the stage for major national and international events. Prestigious tournaments have been held here, including the 2002 and 2019 Italian Opens and the 1968 and 1984 editions of the World Cup of Golf, as well as numerous national federation competitions. In 2012, the course was almost entirely redesigned by American architect Jim Fazio, with the aim of bringing it in line with modern golf standards and making it once again ready to host international tournaments. Today, the course offers three playing configurations (Par 71, 72, and 73) and seven tee sets, ensuring maximum versatility for players of all levels.
The East Course is a challenging 9-hole, Par 36 layout measuring 2,947 meters. It is a complete and technical course, designed as an independent facility where tournaments and official competitions are regularly organized.
